Prof. Jing Zhao is Chief physician of internal medicine at TCM clinic, associate director of TCM infectious disease office of institute of basic research of clinical medicine, China Academy of Chinese medical science(CACMS), visiting professor of University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and Alma Mater Europaea. Her clinical interests mainly focus on treating infectious respiratory diseases and different chronic diseases with TCM or integrative medicine, such as Flu, cold, chronic heart disease, diabetes, systemic lupus erythematosus and cancers. Her research interests focus on disease prevention with TCM, especially infectious disease prevention, such as influenza. Besides, she is also actively involving the research on standardization of Chinese medicine. As an assistant reviewer, she’s been working for peer review of WHO ICD-11 Revision of traditional medicine group since 2012. As a secretary of TCM group, she took part in the strategic plan research of Healthy China 2020. For the past ten years, Prof. Zhao has conducted 9 researches as principle investigator, published 6 books and 24 articles as first/corresponding author. Also she won 2 second prizes of China national Science & Technology awards (2005,2006), 3 prizes of national academic society (2004,2005,2015), 1 first prize of Science & Technology awards of CACMS (2013). Prof Zhao is also a reviewer of Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine (English) and Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Chinese), and deputy secretary general of World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies, osteoporosis committee.中国中医科学院主任医师、教授、硕士研究生导师，中医学博士、中西医结合博士后。美国洛杉矶加州大学（UCLA）东西医学中心访问教授；WHO 国际疾病分类（ICD-11）传统医学组助理评审专家、世界中医药联合会骨质疏松学会副秘书长、中华中医药学会急诊分会常委。临床治疗心脏病、肝病、肿瘤、糖尿病、类风湿等内科慢性疾病，并注重整合中西医学优势，将西医疾病与中医证候与体质辨证相结合，进行整体治疗。主持及参加国家自然科学基金、科技部国际合作计划、863、973及中医药行业专项等项目18项。获得国家科技进步二等奖及中华中医药学会科学技术一等奖等各级奖励6项。主编及参编著作5部（英文1部），作为第一或通讯作者发表文章23篇。
