Adam has been working in the field of mental health for around 10 years in counseling and advocacy roles.He has performed individual and couples counseling related to mood disorders,addictions, abuse/trauma,cultural adjustment,and relationship/family difficulties.He uses a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy,emotionally-focused therapy,strength-based therapy, and narrative therapy. Adam has advocated formore than one hundred adults with mentalhealth difficulties in theirpursuit of Social Security disability benefits.
