数年前已有骨质疏松，近期恶化，严重骨质疏松近乎骨折，因此无法起卧，也因此压到神经线所以剧痛。 照过磁力共振，报告如下: 1. Old osteoporotic compression fracture at T8, T12 and L3. 2. Collapsed L1 vertebral body is noted with mild retropulsion and mild narrowing of thecal sac. Linear T2W hypointense lines with adjacent bone marrow edema at the vertebral body. Overall features are more in favor of acute osteoporotic compression fracture rather than bone metastasis. 3. Mild to moderate lumbar spondylosis. 4. Annular fissure at L4/5 intervertebral disc. 5. Moderate narrowing of bilateral L4/5 and L5/S1 lateral recesses, with impression onto bilateral L5 and S1 descending nerve roots. 6. Moderate narrowing of bilateral L3/4 and L4/5 neural foramina.
