《中国医师节记》
中国医师节。岁在丁酉，时维仲秋，国务院准卫计委之请，定每年八月十九日为医师之节，自此，医家有节，以彰其功。
医师者，卫民之健康，保生之安宁，责任重大，使命崇高。其人数众多，逾千万之众。他们怀仁心，施妙术，无论寒暑，不分昼夜，救死扶伤，不辞辛劳。或临危受命，战疫病于前线；或默默坚守，疗痼疾于平常。其德其行，令人敬仰。
至辛丑年，又有《中华人民共和国医师法》出，明定八月十九日为医师之节。此乃国家重医之明证，亦为医师之殊荣。
今岁甲辰，八月十九日，乃第七个中国医师节也，其题曰“崇尚人文精神，彰显医者仁心”。夫人文者，关爱患者，尊重生命，以仁爱为本；仁心者，慈悲为怀，普救含灵，以济世为志。医师怀此二者，方能行大医之道，解患者之苦。所谓大医精神，乃精诚之至也。精者，博极医源，精勤不倦，术业专攻，臻于至善；诚者，心怀至诚，不欺患者，不谋私利，德被苍生。
观今之世，医学日进，然医师之责任愈重。当以精研医术为务，以救苦救难为心，不负国家之重托，不愧患者之信任。值此佳节，当颂医师之德，扬医师之善，使全社会皆敬医师，皆重健康，共筑美好之未来。愿医师节永传，医师之精神不朽，为民众之福祉，为国家之昌盛，贡献无穷之力。
《颂医师》
医兮贤良，德音孔昭。
仁心济世，术业高超。
寒暑无辍，昼夜辛劳。
救患扶伤，其志不摇。
疫病来袭，临危受命。
痼疾常疗，默默含情。
法令既出，嘉节以定。
人文仁心，大医德盛。
精勤不倦，术业至善。
心怀至诚，苍生泽畔。
责任愈重，初心未变。
共筑未来，福泽永灿。
"Record of Chinese Doctors' Day"
The Chinese Doctors' Day. In the year of Ding You, during the mid-autumn, the State Council approved the request of the National Health Commission (formerly the National Health and Family Planning Commission) and designated August 19th of each year as the Doctors' Day. Since then, doctors have had their own festival to honor their achievements.
Doctors safeguard the health of the people and ensure their peace and tranquility. They bear significant responsibilities and have noble missions. There are a large number of them, over ten million. They possess kind hearts and apply wonderful skills. Regardless of the cold and heat, day and night, they rescue the injured and sick and spare no efforts. Some are entrusted with critical tasks and fight against epidemics on the frontlines; others remain steadfast and treat chronic diseases in ordinary times. Their virtues and actions command respect.
In the year of Xin Chou, the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Doctors" was promulgated, clearly designating August 19th as the Doctors' Day. This is evidence of the nation's emphasis on medicine and also an honor for doctors.
This year, in 2024, on August 19th, it is the seventh Chinese Doctors' Day, with the theme of "Advocating Humanistic Spirit and Demonstrating the Kindness of Doctors' Hearts". Humanism means caring for patients, respecting life, and basing on kindness and love; Kind hearts mean having compassion, saving all lives, and aiming to benefit the world. Only when doctors embrace these two can they follow the path of great medicine and relieve patients' suffering. The so-called spirit of great medicine is the ultimate in sincerity and excellence. To be excellent means to extensively study medical sources, be diligent and tireless, specialize in medical skills, and strive for perfection; To be sincere means to have utmost sincerity, not deceive patients, not seek personal gain, and benefit all living beings with virtue.
In today's world, medicine is advancing daily, yet the responsibilities of doctors are becoming increasingly heavy. They should focus on improving medical skills, have the heart to rescue the suffering, live up to the nation's trust, and be worthy of patients' trust. On this festive occasion, we should praise doctors' virtues and kindness, so that the entire society respects doctors, values health, and jointly builds a beautiful future. May the Doctors' Day be passed down forever, and the spirit of doctors be immortal, contributing boundless strength for the well-being of the people and the prosperity of the country.
