在各种常见生殖内分泌疾病（如多囊卵巢综合征、复发性流产、子宫内膜异位症和卵巢功能减退等）及不孕症的规范化诊治方面积累了较丰富临床经验。
生殖医学中心副主任，主任医师，医学博士，留美耶鲁大学博士后，硕士研究生导师，博士后合作导师，中华医学会广东省生殖医学分会青委会前任副主任委员。先后毕业于同济医科大学和北京大学医学部，从事生殖内分泌及妇产科医、教、研工作二十余年。在各种常见生殖内分泌疾病(如多囊卵巢综合征、复发性流产、子宫内膜异位症和卵巢功能减退等)及不孕症的规范化诊治方面积累了较丰富临床经验。在国内较早开展女性生育力保护的临床转化研究，作为项目负责人，承担并完成国家自然科学基金面上项目及青年基金、中国博士后科学基金、广东省自然科学基金等十余项科研课题，发表SCI论著60余篇(其中第一作者近20篇)，累计他引次数逾百次，研究成果曾受邀在美国生殖医学年会(ASRM)和欧洲生殖医学年会(ESHRE)进行大会发言。2015年入选深圳市高层次人才，同年作为深圳医疗卫生领域首位入选者荣获广东省特支计划青年拔尖人才。2017年作为年度大陆生殖医学领域唯一入选者获“米尔斯坦亚美医学基金（MMAAPF）”赴耶鲁大学访问交流。2017年入选广东省杰出青年医学人才。2017年和2018年连续两年获评第一届和第二届胡润榜•平安中国好医生，2023年度岭南名医。
